5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Fees

7.2 Timeline for Results

SEO is a long-term strategy. Significant improvements typically take 3-6 months or longer to manifest. Results may vary based on website condition, competition, and other factors.

7.3 Third-Party Dependencies

Our services may depend on third-party platforms (Google, social media platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms that may affect service delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, trademarks, and intellectual property provided to us. You grant us permission to use this content solely for providing our services.

All strategies, processes, reports, and methodologies developed by Precoscraw remain our intellectual property. You may use delivered content but may not redistribute our proprietary methods.

9. Confidentiality

10. Limitation of Liability

You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all services provided up to the termination date.

11.2 Termination by Precoscraw

We may terminate services immediately for:

• Non-payment of fees
• Breach of these terms
• Engagement in illegal or unethical practices
• Abusive behavior towards our staff

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• Setup fees are non-refundable
• Monthly retainers may be refunded for unused portions if terminated with proper notice
• Completed work is not eligible for refund

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government restrictions, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
